How to Measure
Chest
Measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape parallel to the floor. Keep it snug but not tight.
Length
Measure from the highest point of the shoulder down to the hem. Stand straight and keep the tape flat against the body.
Waist
Measure around the narrowest part of your natural waist. For tracksuits, measure where the waistband will sit.
Hips
Measure around the fullest part of your hips, approximately 20cm below your natural waistline.
